Lagos State Waterways Authority Achieves ISO Certification

The Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management Systems.

LASWA becomes the third Lagos State Government agency to attain this esteemed accreditation, following in the footsteps of LAMATA, Ibile Oil & Gas, OEQA, Lagos State Lottery and Gaming Authority, and LASEPA.

General Manager of the Agency, Oluwadamilola Emmanuel said this certification underscores LASWA’s commitment to excellence and adherence to international standards in its operations.

Emmanuel also said it signifies the Agency’s dedication to providing high-quality services and ensuring Lagosians’ satisfaction across its various functions.

“LASWA’s attainment of the ISO 9001:2015 certification is a testimony of our journey towards efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

This recognition further solidifies LASWA’s position as a leading government agency in the provision of waterway transportation services in Lagos State,” Emmanuel stated.
